• Our unique plexiglass collection pieces, corporate architectural signage systems, laser-cut, and high-tech UV print creations are entirely under an absolute guarantee against production flaws.
• LED and electronic components used in our illuminated premium systems, provided they are installed by TUVA experts, are shielded by our warranty against systemic failures for 12 months.
• For any potential manufacturing defects detected within the first 7 days following delivery, we offer the privilege of unconditional one-to-one exchange or complimentary restoration.

II. Exclusions from Warranty (Usage Sensitivities)

To ensure our designs maintain their elegance for generations, adherence to specific usage sensitivities is essential. The following scenarios are considered outside the scope of our warranty:

• Physical breakages due to heavy impacts and cracks originating from external factors.
• Dulling or deformations resulting from cleaning processes that utilize alcohol-based or abrasive chemical products (only distilled water and a microfiber cloth should be used).
• Natural structural fatigue caused by prolonged exposure to excessive and direct sunlight.

2. Expertise Appraisal: Your request is meticulously examined (visually or physically) by our design and quality control experts.
3. Flawless Resolution: For products deemed within the warranty shield following the inspection, the privilege of complimentary repair or replacement is immediately activated.
4. Logistics: Transportation and shipping operations are conducted through mutual agreement with completely transparent communication.
